VUMC Culture Survey: Pulse Edition

In a few weeks you will be invited to participate in the VUMC Culture Survey: Pulse Edition. The survey will take place May 1-May 22, 2017. This year, the survey will only measure staff engagement. The survey has 29 questions and should take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete. 

On May 1, you will receive an email invitation to participate in the survey. The email will be sent to your VUMC email address. It will come from VUMC Culture Survey ( ) with the subject line:  Your Voice, Your VUMC — Take the VUMC Culture Survey: Pulse Edition Today . Press Ganey is the company helping us administer the survey and tabulate the results. Each staff member will receive a personalized email with a unique survey code and link to the survey. To participate, you must use the code in the email sent to you. You cannot use another employee’s code to take the survey. Only employees hired before March 1, 2017 will be invited to participate. 

The survey is your opportunity to tell us what VUMC is doing right and what we could do better. Last year, our participation rate was 81 percent.The survey is not mandatory, but we hope you will take this opportunity to have your voice heard. The more voices in the conversation, the better the results. All survey responses are confidential.

You can take the survey on a computer, tablet or mobile device. If you don’t have access to a computer, you can take the survey at the Employee Service Center, on the second floor of 2525 West End Ave. Please complete the survey by 11:59 p.m. CST, Monday, May 22.
